And so it begins...

Just another few hours and I'll be aboard my first aircraft of the year!  Winging my way across the water to do a shoot, back for my mums 70th birthday (she never reads this so safe to tell you I've hired her favorite restaurant for the night) then off again.  Second trip is by boat to "ring" the changes... a short while back at base camp and then on board another plane and off to Italy.... then it will be the end of February and it all starts again ;0)

It sounds glam but I can assure you it isn't (ok thats the first time I've lied to you dear reader)

I'm looking forward to Focus where you will be able to see me helping my friends at Olympus out... all I can say is Oh My... ;0)  It also goes without saying that you can catch me and the team on the SWPP's stand with my dear friends there.  Educating, entertaining and causing general chaos as is the usual script.

Lots going on with Team McGillicuddy as usual... all will be revealed shortly!  As I can't say much at the mo regarding imminent plans then lets do a catch up of things past.

It always makes me smile when people are surprised I make portraits of kids, even more so when you see the look of surprise on their faces when the realise I was twice UK Child Photographer of the year... shame on you you should never judge a book by its cover!!! ;0)

All this baby whispering stuff is nothing new... I have a portrait of my 18 year old "whispered" it was a big MPA award winner for me 18 years ago, so nothing is new photographically, trends just come and go.  If he'll allow me I'll post it but as he has "street cred" I'll have to ask first ;0)

The "Baby Whisperer" works shops with Tracy Willis have proved ever so popular and even the latest one is selling out quickly... its a very good way of augmenting your studio income and very controllable as a client base and ever so lucrative, you can find out more about it by clicking "HERE".

MMoS goes from strength to strength.  If your on my list to ring please don't be offended if I haven't called you yet... very busy start to the year for me... you WILL get the call as a new group start is imminent ;0)
